First, leaders attach importance to it and have clear responsibilities. The team of the "two committees" in the community attached great importance to the sixth census. Since the mobilization meeting of the community census was launched on June 18th this year, meetings of units, party branches and residents' groups in the jurisdiction have been held many times to study and deploy the census work and implement the responsibility system at different levels. The secretary and director of the community personally take charge of the statisticians' specific work, implement the responsibility system of community cadres' all-in-one census and two instructors' specific guidance, so that the census work is linked one by one and every link is implemented. It plays an important role in the complete success of our community work.

the second is to improve the organization and select personnel. After the unified deployment of the Street People's Office, our community set up a census leading group with the secretary and director as the team leader, members of the two committees and the property management manager as members, and selected two instructors and 54 census personnel to be responsible for the implementation of the community census work. From August 16th to 19th this year, for four consecutive days, the community sent three instructors to participate in the regional census business training for the first time, and then organized 56 community census takers to participate in the people's general training conducted by the street in RTVU. Due to the tight time, heavy task, complex content and heavy workload of this census, in order to ensure the smooth completion of the census work, our community has specially conducted classified training in the stage of door-to-door mapping and door-to-door census registration, so that the training work runs through the whole process of the census work.
