What are the requirements of Guangdong Vocational Skills Competition?

In order to vigorously carry forward the scientific spirit, craftsman spirit and professionalism. Cultivate "artisan elites" who are striving for perfection and superb skills, fully mobilize and stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprise employees and teachers and students in colleges and universities to study skills hard and consciously improve their skills, form a good social atmosphere of advocating skills and respecting talents in the whole society, and accelerate the cultivation of a team of industrial design skills talents who adapt to Guangdong's industrial transformation and upgrading. Guangdong provincial department of human resources and social security decided to hold the 20021Guangdong Vocational Skills Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition"). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Competition events

There are two competitions in the competition, namely, the advertising design competition and the industrial design competition. At present, the contestants are registering (relevant technical documents will be released separately).

Second, the entry conditions

All employees in industrial design and related occupations can participate in the competition. Participants should have good political performance, love their jobs and have no bad records, and meet the registration conditions stipulated in the technical documents of the participating projects.

Third, the organizational form.

The contest is divided into three stages: preliminary, semi-final and final.

(1) trial

Online Registration: Log in to the vocational skills competition designated by the Organizing Committee in official website (match.333cn.com), enter the competition registration page, fill in the complete information and upload the certification materials, which will be regarded as successful registration.

Offline Registration: Print and fill in the registration form of 20021Guangdong Vocational Skills Competition for Industrial Design, and submit it to the organizing committee of the competition for entry formalities within the specified time.

(2) Semifinals

How to participate in the semi-finals: log in to the vocational skills competition designated by the Organizing Committee in official website, and confirm your personal information again and submit it to the competition, which is regarded as successful registration.

Announcement of the semi-final proposition: The semi-final proposition will be announced to official website after the trial stage. Participants should pay close attention to the notice on the official website.

Submit semi-finished works:

(1) The semi-final takes the form of a propositional work competition, and works are submitted at the specified time and manner according to the propositional requirements announced by the organizing committee.

(2) Electronic design renderings 1, set A4 size, resolution 300dpi, file format JPG (output file format), and upload working files no more than 15M.

(iii) Finals

Precautions for participating in the finals: members who enter the finals should pay attention to the announcement of the results of the competition website and the notification by phone message in time to avoid missing the follow-up competition.

How to participate in the finals: After the winners of the semi-finals are announced, the winners will automatically enter the finals.

Online confirmation: At that time, the finalists need to log in to official website, the professional competition designated by the organizing committee, reconfirm their personal data and submit their entries, which will be regarded as successful registration.

Competition mode: theoretical knowledge+field operation

Theoretical knowledge: take a written answer. The content includes the theoretical knowledge of industrial design. Full score 100, 90 minutes.

On-site operation: conduct on-site operation and complete on-site design and production according to the requirements of the competition topic. Computer or hand-drawn expression can be used (you need to choose one), full score 100, time 240 minutes.

The final score accounts for 40% in the theoretical knowledge contest and 60% in the field operation skill contest, and the final score is obtained. The proposition will be filed by the Provincial Vocational Skills Service Guidance Center, and the players will answer theoretical questions and practical skills on the spot.

Fourth, the incentive mechanism

(1) Five first prize winners, five second prize winners 15 and five third prize winners 15 were selected in the final according to the individual achievements of the contestants, and they can get the bonus awarded by the organizing committee.

(2) According to the point-to-household policy, in this competition, the corresponding points will be obtained according to the winning results of the contestants. Players who win the first prize can enjoy 30 points, 20 points for the second prize and 0/0 points for the third prize/kloc. The specific points are based on the city documents of the winners.

(3) In addition, the honorary title of professional and technical experts established in Guangdong Province is an important part of the technical personnel selection and commendation system. The five winners (first prize) before the contest can get the honorary title of "Guangdong Technical Expert" awarded by guangdong provincial department of human resources and social security. Winners who won the honorary title of "Guangdong Professional and Technical Expert" in this competition can apply for a talent subsidy of up to tens of thousands of yuan according to the local talent subsidy policy.

(4) Those who have won the honorary title of "Guangdong Professional and Technical Expert" through this competition will have the opportunity to be promoted to the national vocational qualification level. All the finalists who have passed the theoretical examination and field practice have the opportunity to declare and issue the second-class vocational skill certificate (technician) of industrial designers. The actual situation is mainly based on the specific policies of Guangdong Province.

(5) All the contestants who sign up for the competition can download the competition certificate at the official website in the station. If you successfully pass any stage, you can get the honorary certificate of electronic entry award issued by the organizing Committee as proof and encouragement of entry. All the semi-finalists will receive the excellent works award issued by the organizing committee, which can be used as the skill qualification certificate of the individual award part of the employment resume.

(6) All the winning works will be exhibited in China Design Window official website Online Exhibition. China Design Window is the most influential professional portal of creative design in China. It is a website used by many design institutions, brand companies, design media and design enthusiasts. It is also a website for many publishers and investors to find good designs and works, which will bring more exhibitions and business opportunities to the winners.
