This book It is written to help friends in the business community master effective methods. The book is divided into six chapters: Chapter One is about Kanban and its functions, with the purpose of allowing readers to understand the nature of Kanban from a deep level and avoid superficiality. Chapter 2 describes the principles of visual management and its dependence on Kanban in implementation, and introduces the techniques and know-how for enterprises to use Kanban as a carrier to implement visual management. Chapter 3 describes the types of Kanban boards commonly used in modern enterprises and their management experiences, with photos of the actual objects, so that readers can deepen their understanding and apply what they have learned. Chapter 4 talks about the company's implementation of Kanban and visual management methods in the process of implementing -S activities. It is very pragmatic and helps readers to simulate its use. The last two chapters of the book introduce the trendy kanban and its improvement methods. By studying these two chapters, readers can master the more avant-garde kanban skills.
