2023 Yongchun County’s proposal to trade unions at all levels in the county and all employees

New Year At the beginning, everything was renewed. As the Spring Festival is approaching, the Yongchun County Federation of Trade Unions would like to extend holiday greetings and sincere blessings to all employees, friends and relatives of employees in the county!

Looking back on the three years of fighting the epidemic, everyone joins hands to fight against the epidemic. We have resisted virus attacks again and again, minimizing the adverse impact of the epidemic. Every employee sticks to their job, and social order is safe and stable. Thank you! Every employee in Yongchun!

Currently, epidemic prevention and control has entered a new stage. In order to resolutely implement the decisions and arrangements of the county party committee and the county government, ensure that the majority of employees have a safe and happy Spring Festival, and gather strength to protect the lights of thousands of homes, the Yongchun County Federation of Trade Unions would like to express our sincere gratitude to all levels of trade union organizations in the county and all employees and friends The following initiatives are issued:

1. Have a safe and healthy year.

There will be a time when all things will recover, and we can look forward to the end of the epidemic and the coming of spring. All enterprises should improve their awareness of production safety, comprehensively improve production safety plans, strengthen emergency plan drills, strengthen inspections, adhere to the bottom line of production safety, and ensure a safe, happy and peaceful Spring Festival. Employees and friends must be the first person responsible for their own health. Adhere to a healthy and civilized lifestyle and maintain an optimistic, peaceful and positive attitude. Enhance awareness of protection, strengthen physical exercise, improve immunity, and live a safe and healthy year.

2. Have a peaceful and warm year.

When people are together, they are reunited, and when hearts are together, they are reunited. During the "Two Festivals", the Yongchun County Federation of Trade Unions will carry out a series of activities with the theme of "I'm celebrating the Chinese New Year in Yongchun in 2023" for corporate employees to stay happily in Yongchun. "Eight Ones" series of care projects, such as free tours to one city and return-to-work allowances. Trade unions at all levels should relay love and spread warmth, focusing their care on front-line workers in all walks of life who stick to their posts, and on workers in new employment forms such as couriers, takeout delivery people, and truck drivers who ensure the operation of the city, so as to create a warm holiday. The atmosphere allows "family members" to enjoy the warmth of "home", and allows remote workers to be connected with their families and not be alone in Yongchun's "second hometown", harvesting the flavor of the New Year together and relieving homesickness.

3. Live a harmonious and happy year.

We encourage all employees and friends from other places to stay in Yongchun County for the New Year. Grassroots trade unions should urge enterprises to consciously fulfill their main responsibilities and make overall arrangements for off-peak vacations based on work needs and employees' wishes; encourage enterprise leaders and middle-level managers to take the lead in staying permanently for the New Year and play a role in demonstrating and leading. We must take the initiative to encourage companies to introduce more incentive measures to "stabilize jobs and retain workers" so that employees can have more leisure time to enrich their cultural life, enhance camaraderie with colleagues, and integrate into urban communities. It is necessary to effectively protect the labor and economic rights and interests of employees, implement wage and welfare policies for employees who work overtime on legal holidays and rest days, and ensure harmonious and stable labor relations.

This place of peace of mind is my hometown. Dear workers and friends across the county, let us, under the strong leadership of the county party committee and the county government, unite our thoughts, beliefs, and actions, actively participate in various tasks with a vigorous attitude, and show the new style of Yongchun workers in the new era. Let’s work together to write a new chapter in the comprehensive construction of a socialist modern ecological Yongchun!
