Anyway, now, why does everyone start thinking about three separate bathrooms? I think this can be attributed to three reasons:

① Aesthetic fatigue of traditional bathroom layout

With more and more young people entering the decoration pit, the unique design styles of various regions (countries and regions) are becoming more and more endless. No matter from the choice of tiles (terrazzo to antique tiles), the layout of space (single room to dry-wet separation), the collocation of colors, the distribution of lights, the placement of articles, the configuration of shower rooms and so on. After the rain, it will be like mushrooms after the rain. It is estimated that if you turn over 1000 selected maps, there will be 1000.

② The demand for comfortable life is growing day by day.

Everyone walks once in his life, why do many people enjoy life (of course, it is practical to work hard). Therefore, a comfortable life and a simple life have always been the main theme of decoration in recent years. The living route is reasonable, the shower room temperature is suitable, and the light intensity is not dazzling. I don't think everyone's requirements are getting higher and higher, so life should be like this.

③ The design concept of separation is deeply rooted in people's hearts.

I don't know where the split toilet structure originated, at least it is very popular in Japan. In a very small space, the washing area and the bathing area are included, but they are separate. In Beijing, where land is precious, the design concept of separation has its own reasons.

Let me first introduce my three divisions, first as a whole, and then divided into four parts by region.

I. Design drawings

The design is divided into four parts.

First of all, the yellow dotted line is the removed non-bearing wall, that is, the right wall moves outward by 60cm；;

The two light blue parts are passes. The door was not made, but a curtain was hung (as shown below). Red is the old heating pipe (the heating pipe is sealed after being changed to floor heating and surrounded by light bricks);

Four magenta spotlights are installed in four areas to control the inside (bathroom and shower room) and the outside (washstand and laundry area) respectively.

Jazz white tiles and gypsum board ceilings laid the basic style of this space. The picture above is a picture of some tiles on the wall and on the ground. You can see the dark blue waterproof layer at the bottom of the wall. According to my request, I brushed it four times. If it is an old house renovation, it is recommended to make it twice as waterproof as mine.

The red glue on the wall is the hidden line (wire or waterline) in the wall. Don't tear up the wall before drilling it.

The installation of water retaining stones can be divided into two types: embedding and fixing on tiles. Although the first method is more troublesome and firm, I still choose the first method, as shown in the figure.

The area on the right front of the above picture is the toilet room, and the water in the toilet has been replaced by 60cm. It is recommended to buy WDI shifter, which can be cut freely and the quality is really good. Thanks to land and water for letting me know this humble good thing. By the way, remember to remind the workers to make a slope when installing the shifter, otherwise it will easily block the water. Attached below is a schematic diagram of the installation of the transfer machine, which can facilitate communication with workers after you understand it yourself.

Second, the washstand.

The washstand is a customized model of Shuilu, which is basically your own choice. What material is needed for the table top, what color, what wood is needed for the cabinet, what color, what style, whether it is hanging on the wall or landing, whether it is a single basin or a double basin, whether it is a basin on the table or a basin on the table, and whether it is necessary for glasses cabinets, everything can be customized! It's really strong, and the customer service and technicians are super good. It's really a pleasant shopping experience. Ps: There is almost no customization fee, and the overall price is beautiful, which is much cheaper than what you saw at the home fair.

Not much to say, let me introduce my bathroom cabinet: the basin on the ceramic table, the floor-standing cabinet with a width of 1.4m, the flint table top, the cabinet (bathroom cabinet, mirror cabinet) with multi-layer oak boards and walnut color coating, as shown in the figure. After being used for a period of time, the flint countertop has the advantages of dirt resistance, good hand feeling, strong water absorption and frosted black feeling. The following design drawings are attached for your reference.

The main reason for choosing the floor-standing type is that the back wall is not a load-bearing wall and cannot be hung on the wall (the mirror cabinet can be self-respecting, but the cabinet body+basin is not). Here, I still suggest you buy a wall-mounted bathroom cabinet. First, it is beautiful, and second, the sanitary corner is easy to clean. So when rebuilding the wall, remember to use solid bricks instead of light bricks.

Jazz white tiles, walnut cabinets, white wall-mounted hair dryer storage box, plus the embellishment of green radish ~ well, fresh and natural. Ps: This bathroom is equipped with the Braun hair dryer that has been used all the time (Dyson is the main guard).

The mirror cabinet is equipped with IKEA makeup lights, which are warm and suitable for use at night. In addition, the bathroom is equipped with four cold white spotlights (just above the quad-core partition, two switches and two controls), which are suitable for daytime use (refer to the design above for location).

PS: In addition to these two lights, I added two lights: ① a warm induction lamp, which can be used directly at night without dazzling lights; (2) Panasonic air heating and cold white nightlight.

High-foot faucet, the overall faucet is slender, and the opening and closing are also very smooth. It is still very good with black countertops, which is very metallic.

Third, the bathroom.

You're welcome to take away the partition design of the shower room ~ I guess some friends here will ask, why is the toilet so close to the left that I can't stretch my arms when I sit down? The answer is: No, as for why it is not centered, it is because the shifter was considering moving the minimum distance (60cm). If you walk sideways, it will be longer, which may cause later congestion. Actually, there is not much difference between 60 and 80. The plug should still be plugged, but the displacement should be as small as possible under the premise of ensuring that the use will not be affected. I pointed out the direction of the shifter in the picture.

In the physical map, you can see that there is still half a brick on the left side of the toilet.

Panasonic warm air remote control is installed on the wall. When you go to the toilet, you can put your mobile phone, tablet and book on the bamboo roll box. Telescopic partitions can be installed on both sides of the protruding part of the back wall to store cleaning supplies or towels and clothes, as shown in the following figure.

The face value and texture of this bamboo tissue box are really extraordinary, and jazz white is really eye-catching.

Fourth, the shower room

Here, the T-shaped glass partition is reserved 30cm above and below, and the others are frosted. Plus the curtains outside, it's basically enough. Friends who think there will be no privacy can stick cellophane or install external doors. Personally, I don't think my family needs so many bad feelings (ground glass can basically cover it) compared with functionality.

The shower room has three treasures, one-button water stop, safety handrails and niches. (1) First of all, Sanrong's shower head (bought by Shuilu) has a paddle on the far right, which can switch the top spray (or shower head) and faucet at will, with constant temperature function. In fact, I prefer to call it the eye of a needle shower, because the water it sprays is particularly delicate, just like the eye of a needle. What's more worth mentioning is that when holding the shower head, there is a button at a convenient position below the shower head.

② Safety handrails must be prepared for the elderly. In Japan, one-button alarm is listed as a must in the bathroom. This is a Stafford-shaped non-slip handrail (bought by a water deer). White and ceramic tiles are matched, and there are many punctate protrusions to the touch, which is very firm to hold. In addition to the safety handrail, I also have a non-slip pad, which can be sucked on the wall to drain water after use. Very practical ~ PS: I installed an L-shaped one in the main bathroom. Look at my whole house.

③ Niche (purchased from Rose Island shower room). For bathrooms with irregular structures, niches are the best choice to enhance happiness. There are mainly three kinds of niches when I do my own research: ① metal molds are embedded in them, and then tiles are attached. The former can be bought in tb, and the price is not expensive, which is a test for bricklayer's installation; (2) Using light bricks as partitions and then sticking tiles, this method is the most firm, and the construction is generally difficult, that is, the partition is very thick and takes up a lot of space, which is not cost-effective; (3) Set aside a large space, tile directly, and use glass as partition. I choose this method. On the one hand, bricklayers lay tiles directly, so there is no difficulty in installation. Another, the glass partition is disassembled and cleaned separately, and there is no sanitary corner. Another, it can be set together with the shower room, so the price reduction may not cost money.

The design of the laundry area was inspired by this photo of a better life. If there is enough space, I will definitely design it like this.

The customized cabinet I designed is divided into two areas: ① cleaning supplies storage+laundry area (referred to as area ①) and ② cleaning tools storage area (referred to as area ②). ) the board is a love board. The design of the whole bathroom here is po, which is convenient for comparison. The laundry area is the space in the green rectangular frame in the picture.

Facing the washbasin cabinet is area ①. Washing machines and dryers are the main forces. I heard that Siemens has increased its price this year. Dear friends, not only the price of the machine itself has increased, but also the accessories have begun to charge. If the tie rod between the washing machine and the dryer was ordered last year, it will be delivered free of charge. I want to spend more money on 500 yuan this year, the evil capitalism ... Yes, I booked it last year, but it's ok.

Episode: Anti-collision stickers are recommended for cracked walls. They are all small, suitable for sliding doors of mirror cabinets and cabinets, and also suitable for opening and closing doors of washing machines, glass doors of cabinets or bathrooms. There are also large ones, about 4-5cm in diameter, which are suitable for being doormen.

① In the area, the left side of the washing machine and dryer is the storage area for cleaning products and the hanging area for changing clothes. New towels and bath towels can be placed on the upper floor; On the left is the third floor of the open compartment, and on the right is the dressing room. I put paper, roll paper, lazy rag, laundry detergent, laundry condensate, color separation paper; The lower floor can be used for storage, and can be used for laundry basin, washbasin and footbath (not photographed in the picture). Ps: Remember to punch the movable board when customizing, so that the master can punch a set of holes up and down in a fixed position, and later it can be adjusted according to the actual size of the item. Ps: This clothes rail is detachable, so the whole middle area can be accommodated.

Area 2 is the storage place for cleaning tools. Some paper and roll paper are put on the upper layer, and the back plate in the middle is perforated. The individual has not made the perforated plate work, so the follow-up research will continue. At the same time, Dyson v7ab and Black & Decker steam mop were put, and the position was just right. The lower side contains maintenance tools, such as Bosch Toolbox.

Three independent bathrooms still took me a lot of energy to design, communicate, customize and select materials, which can achieve the present effect and feel good. If there are regrets that need to be improved, say a few points:

The bathroom is equipped with a spray gun, which can clean the floor besides flushing the toilet, but there is less floor drain. There is no water when flushing, so you can only wring it out bit by bit with a rag.

② Warm air is closer to dry areas. After driving for more than ten minutes, the bathroom is very warm and the outside is not so bad (maybe no way).
