What is the mascot of the Universiade?

The mascot of the Universiade is Rongbao.

Apart from the Universiade torch with the words "3 1" in its hand, Rongbao's ears, eyes and tail are also in the form of flames. Known as a "national treasure", panda is a distinctive symbol of Chengdu's foreign exchange and a well-known personal business card of the land of abundance.

It is reported that Rongbao's concept of facial makeup refers to the facial makeup style of Sichuan Opera, a treasure of traditional art, which is another innovative embodiment of Sichuan Opera, an intangible cultural heritage of China. Rongbao's ears, eyes and tail are all in the form of flames with rich connotations.

Slogan of Chengdu Universiade:

The slogan of Chengdu Universiade was officially released in Chinese and English-the Chinese slogan is "Let every dream come true in Chengdu". Its corresponding English slogan is "Chengdu makes dreams come true".

The emblem of this Universiade is based on the English initials "U" corresponding to the Universiade, and combines one of the symbolic elements of Tianfu culture-the Sun God Bird. The emblem consists of four gradient blocks of red, bright yellow, emerald green and lake blue, which echoes the Universiade concept of "green, wisdom, vitality and enjoyment" and is in the same strain as the "FISU" tracer element.
