2. When encountering control, you must cooperate. During the epidemic prevention and control period, the implementation of control measures such as wearing masks in public places is an infectious disease prevention and control measure proposed in accordance with the "Infectious Disease Prevention and Control Law". Refusing to wear a mask after being advised in public places, refusing to cooperate with body temperature testing, failing to cooperate in community registration, refusing to provide or conceal travel related to epidemic prevention and control, refusing to provide close contact history, leaving centralized or home medical observation points without authorization Those who leave or return to key epidemic areas without authorization, or who otherwise refuse to implement the decisions and orders issued by the people's government during the epidemic prevention and control period, shall be subject to public security penalties in accordance with the law; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law. 3. Report truthfully and isolate yourself early. If you have been to an epidemic area, you must report truthfully and take the initiative to quarantine. This is the obligation of citizens. Anyone who knows he or she is infected or has been told that he or she should undergo centralized or home medical observation still violates the regulations of the people's government by entering public places or concealing the situation and coming into contact with others, thereby endangering public safety and constituting a crime, shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.

The health administration department of the State Council is responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management nationwide. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative regions.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective scope of responsibilities.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the military shall be handled in accordance with this Law and relevant national regulations, and shall be supervised and managed by the health authorities of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.

Medical institutions are responsible for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases within their areas of responsibility. Under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, urban communities and rural grassroots medical institutions are responsible for the corresponding infectious disease prevention and control work in urban communities and rural grassroots.
