There is no rotten tail. According to official website, Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, Suzhou Dongfang Avenue Elevated Road was completed and opened to traffic at the end of August 2022. Suzhou Dongfang Avenue Elevated Expressway starts from Sutong Science and Technology Industrial Park in the south and ends at Tonghu Avenue in the north, with a total length of 14.73 km. Therefore, Suzhou Dongfang Avenue Elevated Road has no unfinished tail. Suzhou Dongfang Avenue Viaduct adopts two-way six-lane layout, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour.
