I. Organizational leadership

The "undergraduate" entrance examination is conducted under the unified leadership of the Provincial Department of Education. The relevant administrative office of the Provincial Department of Education is responsible for the formulation of enrollment policies and the preparation of enrollment plans, and the Provincial Admissions Office is responsible for the enrollment examination and admission management. Ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities that undertake the task of enrollment should set up corresponding "college-upgraded" enrollment examination institutions, which are responsible for candidates' registration, examination, professional course proposition, marking and admission.

Second, the enrollment goal and training mode

1. Enrollment target

The enrollment targets of "college-upgraded undergraduate" in ordinary colleges and universities are provincial colleges (including provincial colleges, higher vocational colleges, adult colleges and TV universities that have been approved to hold ordinary higher vocational education, as well as full-time graduates of ordinary higher vocational (specialist) level in Anhui provincial military colleges (including spring enrollment in 2002).

2. Training mode and treatment

Full-time graduates of ordinary higher vocational colleges (colleges) will pass the corresponding entrance examination and be promoted to the same or similar undergraduate majors in provincial undergraduate colleges, and study for 2-3 years according to the new undergraduate teaching plan to complete undergraduate education. "Undergraduate" students enjoy the same treatment as other ordinary undergraduate students during their school days. The student files admitted by the "college-upgraded undergraduate" are managed by the enrollment institution, and the account will be moved to the location of the enrollment institution with the admission notice. Those who have completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan of this major, passed the examination, passed the examination or completed the credits, are allowed to graduate and awarded the undergraduate diploma of the corresponding major. The content of graduation certificate should be standardized according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education. Those who meet the requirements of the Provisional Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be awarded the corresponding bachelor's degree.

Third, registration

1. Registration conditions

1) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC); (2) good health; (3) Full-time graduates from provincial colleges, Anhui military colleges and universities affiliated to Anhui Province (including graduates from ordinary colleges and higher vocational colleges enrolled in the spring of 2002). Graduates who have been punished by demerits and above during their studies at school are not allowed to apply for the exam.

2. Registration method

Schools that have graduated from higher vocational (junior college) level are responsible for notifying every graduate (including graduates from various teaching points), and the registration work is organized by various enrollment institutions. This year's graduates hold the candidate registration form (the personal profile and volunteers in the form are filled in by the candidates themselves; The school's academic achievements and opinions of the graduation school shall be filled in by the graduation school and stamped with the official seal), ID card, four recent bareheaded two-inch photos with the same bottom edition, and the registration examination fee shall be registered at the school where the graduates attend, or collectively organized by the institution where the graduates belong. Graduates of the Spring Recruitment in 2002 also need to register with their diplomas, and the relevant forms should be returned to the original graduation school for collection and stamped with the official seal. When accepting candidates' registration, all enrollment institutions should examine the candidates' qualifications according to the registration conditions and professional requirements, compile the candidates' admission ticket number, arrange photos and related materials according to the schools and majors where candidates apply, issue candidates' examination registration cards (as follows), and organize candidates' voluntary information input. The graduate school where the candidate is located should carefully verify the relevant contents in the application form and the qualifications of the candidate before affixing the official seal. If there is any falsehood, the candidate's school is responsible. Candidates are responsible for volunteering errors, and admissions institutions are responsible for volunteering information input errors. Registration software is provided by the Provincial Admissions Office. See Annex II for the arrangement of the candidates' admission ticket number and the candidates' seat number.

3. Registration time

The registration time for "College Entrance Examination" in the province is from March, 2005 19 to 20, and no supplementary report is allowed after the deadline. After the registration, the admissions institution will hand in the floppy disk of the candidate's registration information and the examination fee payable to the provincial admissions office on March 24, take back the candidate's admission ticket, paste photos and affix the riding seal.

Fourth, fill in the volunteers

Candidates fill in their volunteers when registering. Each candidate is limited to fill in one school and one professional volunteer, and carefully fill in the college and professional code; No longer subject to voluntary, all candidates are regarded as colleges and universities, and the same or similar majors are subject to adjustment. The test scores of all subjects are 150 (except the test scores of arts and sports majors). The extra test for arts and sports majors is organized by the enrollment institution within 2 days after the end of the unified examination subjects in the province, and the full mark of the extra test is 100 (accurate to two decimal places).

2. Proposition

The proposition of "specialist" unified examination subjects is the responsibility of the provincial admissions office. The proposition teacher is recruited by the provincial recruitment office in colleges and universities in the province, and the proposition scope of each subject is mainly the courses learned by each candidate at the junior college level. Professional additional examination subjects are organized by the enrollment institutions according to the requirements of the recruited majors, and the propositions, tests and scores are organized. Encourage the same or similar majors to implement the joint entrance examination or use the same test paper, and schools with related professional achievements in the same subject can recognize each other.

3. Examination time

4. Examination place

The test sites are located in various enrollment colleges. 5. Printing, transportation, confidentiality and storage of test papers.

The examination papers of the unified examination subjects are printed by the designated manufacturers of the provincial recruitment office in accordance with the relevant confidentiality provisions. On April 7, each test center went to the designated place of the Provincial Admissions Office to receive the unified examination subject papers. The test paper (answer) should be transported by a special car escorted by three or more people. Please refer to Appendix 6 and Appendix 7 for the methods of keeping the test papers (answers) confidential.

6. Test site setting and personnel training

The examination center should be located in a place that is easy to get close to, and pay attention to creating a good environment suitable for candidates to take the exam. Eye-catching banners should be hung in front of the entrance of the test center, and welcome slogans should be posted to encourage candidates to take the test and guard against fraud. In a conspicuous place at the entrance of the test center, a test center publicity board should be placed. The contents posted and published on the bulletin board include: the schematic diagram of the test center, the schedule of test subjects, the responsibilities of invigilators, the code of conduct for candidates, the punishment regulations, and the telephone number for reporting.

2) Organization setting of the test center

During the examination, each test center should set up a corresponding leading group, which is composed of examination group, discipline inspection group, security group, logistics group, medical group, paper binding and mailing room and other institutions, and is responsible for the examination management, examination supervision, examination room safety and logistics during the whole examination period.

The invigilator is the main undertaker of the examination procedure management, and the test center must select teachers who are healthy, decent, conscientious and familiar with the business as invigilators; Personnel and teachers who have immediate family members to participate in the entrance examination of "junior college" in that year shall not invigilate; Each examination room is equipped with three invigilators, including 1-2 lesbians.

6) Organize candidates to enter the venue

7) Examination paper handover

After the examination of all subjects is completed, the test center should immediately sort out and count the test papers sent by each examination room (indicate the subject, bag number and examination room number), and fill in the answer sheet handover list (in duplicate). The marking of unified examination subjects is organized and implemented by the provincial recruitment office, and the professional additional examination subjects are organized and marked by the enrollment institutions themselves. 2. Selection of marking teachers

3. Marking requirements

Marking papers is an important part of the entrance examination for "college-upgraded undergraduate". It is necessary to formulate detailed marking rules, codes for marking teachers and all kinds of staff, clarify the post responsibility system of all kinds of personnel, and strengthen safety measures to ensure the smooth progress of marking work. Marking should be carried out under the condition of sealing the candidate's name and admission ticket number. In the marking process, the marking leading group and the provincial recruitment office will conduct inspection and spot check on the marking quality.

Seven, enrollment.

1. Determine the eligibility line

The provincial admissions office determines the minimum admission qualification line of the unified examination subjects according to the enrollment plan, students' sources, candidates' unified examination results and other factors, and the art and sports majors separately delimit the admission qualification line of the unified examination subjects; According to the professional plan, students, professional examination results and other factors. In principle, the ratio of the number of enrolled students to the number of qualified students in the enrollment institutions shall not exceed 1: 2 to determine the minimum admission qualification line of the additional test subjects in each major. Before April 18, each school will report the professional test scores and qualifications to the provincial admissions office.
