How to make CD stickers

1. Open photoshop and create a new A4 page.

2. Drag the designed CD to a new page.

3. Press Ctrl+R to open the ruler.

4. Drag the CD cover to make the top of the CD cover home page overlap, and the left side of the CD cover coincides with the left side of the page. Drag the top and left rulers with the mouse, drag out a horizontal and vertical reference line respectively, and adjust the diameter of the CD cover to 12CM.

5. Measure the minimum distance from the outer edge of the CD sticker to the perfect circle with a ruler and record it. Generally, the minimum distance between horizontal and vertical is the same.

6. In photoshop, adjust the horizontal and vertical distance between the edge of CD and the edge of CD sticker, assuming that this distance is1.5cm.

At this time, in order to ensure that the center of the CD sticker is consistent with the center of the CD, generally speaking, when designing the CD cover, the blank in the center is solid, and the size of the design version will actually be larger than the size of the CD, which is to ensure that the sticker can be completely consistent with the center of the CD.

Matters needing attention

1, in order to ensure that the center of the CD sticker is consistent with the center of the CD, under normal circumstances, when designing the CD cover, the center blank is not left, that is, it is solid;

2. The size of the design version will actually be larger than the size of the CD. In order to ensure that the sticker can completely coincide with the center of the CD, the edge of the CD sticker will not be left blank when printing.
