Technical indicators of "Technical Specification for Building of Hospital Clean Operating Department"

4.0. 1 The main technical indicators of all kinds of clean rooms in the clean operating department shall meet the requirements of the corresponding grades and the provisions in Table 4.0. 1 in addition to the bacterial concentration (settling bacteria concentration or planktonic bacteria concentration) and cleanliness grade.

4.0.2 The selection of technical indexes of clean rooms in clean operating department shall meet the following principles:

Between 1 interconnected clean rooms with different cleanliness levels, the room with high cleanliness should maintain a relatively positive pressure for the room with low cleanliness. The maximum static pressure difference should not be greater than 30Pa, and the whistle should not be generated due to the pressure difference.

2 Between interconnected clean rooms with the same cleanliness level, the pressure difference between the two rooms should be slightly greater than 0 as required or according to the direction of air flow from the inside out.

In order to prevent harmful gas from overflowing, the pre-anesthesia room or the heavily polluted room should keep negative pressure in the adjacent rooms.

4 The clean area shall maintain a positive pressure of not less than 10Pa for the non-clean area connected with it.

5 The clean area shall maintain a positive pressure of not less than 15Pa for the outdoor area or the area directly communicating with the outdoor area.

6. The average wind speed in the working area of clean operating room (including the local 100 horizontal area of the first-class clean auxiliary room) and the air exchange times of clean operating room are the indicators that must be met to ensure the required cleanliness and not exceed the specified running self-cleaning time.

7. The average wind speed in the working face height section of the ophthalmic operating room should be lower than that of other operating rooms 1/3.

The room directly connected to the operating room has the same temperature and humidity as the operating room.

9 Rooms with special requirements on the items, values and accuracy of technical indicators should be designed according to actual requirements, but not lower than the standard in Table 4.0. 1.

10 For rooms whose names are not listed in Table 4.0. 1, the index value can be determined by referring to rooms with similar purposes.
