Ship epidemic prevention and control management system

From the date of issuance of this notice to June 30, 2022, it is recommended that ships with both international and domestic transport business qualifications engage in international route operation or domestic route operation. If it is really necessary for an international sailing ship to turn to a domestic route, it should be 14 days after it arrives at the domestic port of entry, and the crew will undoubtedly have COVID-19 symptoms. At the port of entry, the customs will collect 2 nasopharyngeal swab samples from the crew, and use different reagents for nucleic acid detection, among which the customs will detect 1 sample. The other 1 copy shall be inspected by the inspection unit with a clear joint defense and control mechanism at the place where the port of entry is located (and the inspection results shall be fed back to the customs), and the required expenses shall be borne by the ship.

Legal basis:

Article 1 of the Notice on Further Strengthening the Prevention and Control of the Epidemic Situation of Ships Transferring from International to Domestic and Routes advocates the relatively fixed operation of ships on international and domestic routes. If the results of the two tests are negative, the customs shall go through the formalities of changing to a part-time job in accordance with the provisions, and notify the joint defense and joint control agency where the port of entry is located. If the crew's nucleic acid test is positive, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of emergency rescue and disposal of injured crew members during the epidemic prevention and control period. According to the provisions of the joint prevention and control mechanism in the State Council and the joint prevention and control mechanism at the place where the port of entry is located, ships that need to enter the country after 2 1 day shall be subject to its provisions.
