What is China's rice stick?

One is fried rice, similar to popcorn. It is rod-shaped, called rice stick, also called glutinous rice stick. Very dry. Drink water while eating. I've eaten them all since the 1980s. Add some pigment and red and yellow rice strips will come out of the machine.

The other is also made of rice, but it is similar to cold rice noodles, but it is rolled into a long stick.
