Essay on Tea Tea Room Prose

The author's first "formal" contact with tea was in a very elegant teahouse when I was an editor on a business trip to the south. Because I am a little old now, I have been to many tea rooms to taste tea, but I can't remember the name of the tea room where I tasted tea for the first time.

The teahouse seems to be called the "Lake Pavilion", with two floors, 28 corners, eaves on the roof, lifelike portraits carved on the doors and windows, and portraits of Lu Yu, poet and tea man Bai, Ouyang Xiu and Su Dongpo. In the hall of the museum, there is a fragrant mahogany square table, a square stool and a marble round table on the coffee table, antique palace lanterns and lanterns hanging from the ceiling, a circle of pale yellow curtain cloth around the window, and a teapot and tea set on the table; The teahouse is surrounded by clear water, a nine-winding corridor and a panoramic view. Several other tea rooms also have their own characteristics.

"Liu Lang Wen Ying" tea room, pavilions and cloisters are connected, Liu Yin is densely covered, accompanied by grass; The "Flower Harbor Watching Fish" tea room, facing the water, swims like a shuttle in the water, and the flowers are clustered, which is better than a fairyland. There is also a tea room standing on the mountain, surrounded by bamboo forests, dancing at the slightest sign of trouble; There is also a teahouse on the top of the mountain. There are stones in the spring, and the stones are drumming, and the cool breeze bursts, and the summer heat disappears.

"Lake Ventricular" tea room, fragrant tea is refreshing, and poetry and painting are coupled, which makes people wander in six. A pair of tea couplets on the front wall is quite striking. The first part reads: "I want to compare the West Lake to the West Lake", and the second part reads: "I have never been as good as a beautiful woman". The first half sentence of this couplet comes from Rain after Drinking Chuqing Lake, and the second half sentence comes from the second rhyme of Cao Fu Heyuan Trial Baking New Tea. Although they were all written by Su Dongpo's beard, such a "bold" merger was not the same thing, but it was still done by an expert. Two sentences are handy, and I am confused.

The "Lake Pavilion" teahouse is next to the West Lake. As you can imagine, when swallows fly together in light rain, the water surface of the West Lake is as clean as a mirror, with occasional small ripples and ripples. The beautiful figure of the West Lake washed away by lead seems to be shrouded in a hazy veil, and the pure beauty is self-sufficient and pleasant. Sitting leisurely in the teahouse, holding a cup of fragrant tea and enjoying the picturesque West Lake, I wonder if the West Lake has been poured into the cup, or whether the tea in the cup has become a Xizi Lake. Wait until sunrise, or Sanqiu Guizi and Shili Lotus touch the West Lake, making it become a myriad of amorous feelings and attracting many envious eyes, and then make tea to see the lake, but I don't know that tea with strong aroma can borrow the taste of Xizi Lake, or the beautiful scenery of Xizi Lake can smoke its fragrance with beautiful tea. This tea party can be called an eternal couplet, which is told by thousands of people.

"Lake Pavilion" teahouse also hangs a pair of widely circulated tea couplets:

Please sit down, sit down, sit down;

Tea, tea, tea.

This tea party is related to two famous scholars in the history of China, and it is a much-told story in the history of tea culture in China.

On this day, Su Dongpo, a capable Su with a beard, went on a trip and took a nap in a temple in the south of the Yangtze River. The abbot of the temple saw that he was dressed simply, though not obscene or imposing, but he didn't treat the village head as a cadre, just called "sit down" and then said "tea" to the little novice monk. After sitting down, the guest began to fool, and the host listened. Hey, the guest had dry goods in his stomach, so he led Su Beard into the wing. This time, he muttered, "Please sit down." He said to the little novice monk, "Here's to tea." As the two chatted deeper and deeper, the host felt that the visitor was unfathomable. Let's be polite: "What's your name?" Su Beard signed up, and the host was so ashamed that he wanted to slap his mouth. Hey, what did you say? I am ignorant! Then, the host stood in awe, respectfully invited Su Beard to the elegant room, bowed and said, "Please sit down!" " "He shouted to the little novice monk," Sweet tea! " Sue got up and left after tasting fragrant teas. The host quickly brought pen and ink, and asked Su Beard to leave Mo Bao as a souvenir. Su Beard wrote a pair of tea couplets without thinking: "Please sit down, please sit down, please sit down; "Tea, tea, tea." Shame the host.

In Qing Dynasty, the story of Zheng Banqiao, the "Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou", was almost the same as that of Su Beard, except that he slightly changed the word "tea, tea, tea" in the second couplet. This couplet satirizes those snobs, which is really penetrating. There is also an imitation of Tang Dynasty tea painting "Gong Le Tu", also known as "Hui Ming Tu", which fascinated Mr. Shen Congwen, a master of modern literature. This painting is a silk book colored on a vertical axis, less than 50 cm high and about 70 cm wide. It depicts the court ladies sitting around a long table for entertainment and drinking tea. There are 12 people sitting, standing or leaning around a long desk. There is a sea of tea in the middle of the long cabinet. There is a long-handled tea spoon in the tea sea, and a lady is pouring tea soup into the bowl with a long spoon. In addition, there are some people holding cups and sipping their heads, and some people play the piano and flute to entertain themselves. Without exception, the five ladies on the right were all colorful in the Tang Dynasty. If you look carefully, the clothes are extremely soft and give people a feeling heavier than cicadas. Characters also have their own expressions. The one on the left above has a piano across it, and she is playing slowly; The man on her right, eyes slightly closed, focused on the flute in his hand. I don't know what she's thinking. Besides Shaw History and Nong Yu, do you still feel sorry for yourself? Under her, it is the lady who adds tea for herself. Her mouth was slightly upturned with a naughty smile. She is the most energetic and dynamic woman in this photo. Next, sitting in a chair with a tea bowl in one hand and a chair in the other, with her feet closed and her knees bent, looking at the vague color in her eyes is disgusting, but it will give people an imagination-you won't get drunk after drinking tea, will you? The lady in the bottom corner is burying her head and playing with the round fan in her hand. Is she addicted to the sound of piano and flute? Mr. Shen Congwen's masterpiece "Research on Ancient Chinese Costume" also recorded this painting, which shows how much Mr. Shen Congwen likes this painting.

There is also a regular script "Tea Fu" hanging on the wall. I am just a poor scholar. I only heard that Gu Kuang wrote Tea Fu in the Tang Dynasty, but I don't know which ancestor wrote Tea Fu and hung it on the wall. The owner of the teahouse enthusiastically told us: "This is the work of Wu Shu, a writer of the Song Dynasty." Oh, is there anything special about this set of tea? The host introduced: "You see, this" Tea Fu "lists 35 kinds of famous teas at that time, and embeds 16 allusions. However, the tea drinkers who come here to taste tea are most interested in the nine functions of tea praised in this "Tea Fu". " Oh, tea has nine functions? I only know that tea can detoxify, and the owner of the teahouse asked me to read Wu Shu's Tea Fu carefully. Sure enough, I saw the effects of tea: clearing the heart to quench thirst, changing bones and reducing body weight, improving eyesight and benefiting thinking, preserving one's ambition and eating, etc. Now it seems that it is very consistent with the adverse effects listed by our tea culture researchers. If we go further, this is no longer a simple study of tea, but a careful taste of tea.

Tea refers to the symbolic appearance of tea extracted from people's understanding of tea. Tea tasting and tea tasting have completely different meanings. If tea tasting can be understood as an activity related to drinking tea and entering the spiritual field, then the "quality" of tea products refers more to the spiritual outlook of tea. Products have the original intention of categories and varieties, such as Ganyi's "product logistics form", which means that there are many kinds of tea, and there are also descriptions of "thousands of teas" in Tea Classic.

The meaning of quality has multiple meanings. Lu Yu called tea tree "Jia Mu", which means that tea is the product of "thrift". The meaning of tea has been continuously explored by people, and it has also been endowed with special connotation in the general sense by tea people. People also associate the character of tea with the spirit they pursue, which forms a unique tea culture.

Tea is a symbol of human purity. Tea must be very clean from picking, baking, cooking and drinking. In the folk, the tea god is pure and flawless. In many places, washing hands before drinking tea is a long-standing traditional subconscious, that is, using tea is an affected process. Tea also has a metaphor of character. The delicacy and spirituality of tea products help to cultivate people's self-cultivation and lead people into an ideal life world. Tea products enable people to bear the "clean" induction and "lead a clean life" of tea in time when dirty air is prevalent and unhealthy winds are blowing. In a word, tea is a symbol of advocating beauty, and tea products can enhance the spiritual realm of tea drinkers. The meaning of tea is given by people who love tea; Knowing about tea products and inspiring people with tea is due to the mutual love between China people and tea. Drinking tea in the "lake ventricle", I can't help feeling a little: tea is more suitable for me. In my eyes, it is crystal clear and intoxicating; For my nose, it is pleasant and fresh, intoxicating; In my mouth, it is refreshing and intoxicating. Famous mountains are famous for their tea, and famous tea comes from China. Since ancient times, many famous people have left a large number of masterpieces for future generations when drinking tea. There are men's lofty sentiments and women's whispers. There is a hero's broad-minded compassion, but also a gentleman's slender figure beyond chic; There is the great prestige of the emperor and the whispers of officials. Endless, this wonderful and boundless fragrant tea! Then let's light a pot of incense, make a pot of tea and read the history of this wonderful fragrant tea carefully.
