Residents are requested to choose to celebrate the festival locally as much as possible, reduce inter-city movement, and avoid non-essential travel to cities where medium- and high-risk areas are located, counties with reported cases of COVID-19 in the past 7 days, and mainland areas outside the province. If you really need to go to a border port city, you must register with your community and report to your unit before traveling, strengthen personal protection during the trip, proactively report as soon as possible after returning, and cooperate with relevant health management measures.

4. Personnel entering Quanzhou from outside the province or from epidemic-related areas within the province should undergo landing inspection immediately upon arrival in Quanzhou and be tested again on the third day. During this period, do not participate in gathering activities or enter crowded public places unless necessary.

Those who have traveled to epidemic-related areas in the past 7 days must report to their community, work unit or hotel as soon as possible after arriving in Shijiazhuang, and they will be classified according to the epidemic risk levels of the places of departure and places they pass through. For those who have traveled to high-risk areas within 7 days: 7 days of centralized isolation and medical observation will be implemented.

For those who have traveled to medium-risk areas within 7 days: 7 days of home isolation medical observation will be implemented. If the conditions for home isolation medical observation are not met, centralized isolation medical observation will be adopted.

For those who have traveled to Tibet or Xinjiang within 7 days: after entering the stone, they will be subject to 3 days of centralized medical observation + 4 days of home health monitoring and management, during which nucleic acid testing will be performed 7 times a day.

Personnel who enter the stone from outside the province and stay in the stone for a short period of time will be subject to nucleic acid testing twice in three days. In addition to the landing test, they will be tested again on the third day.

6. When coming into contact with express delivery and items from overseas and domestic medium- and high-risk areas, wear a mask and disposable gloves and disinfect the internal and external packaging. Wash your hands and replace the mask in time after handling.

7. All personnel entering the rocks outside the province and in the epidemic-related areas within the province must register their personal information 24 hours in advance through the "Laiquan Registration" applet or the "Love Stone Lion" public account. Take the initiative to report the license plate number, planned arrival time, driving route, travel history in the past seven days, and the names, ID numbers, phone numbers, 48-hour nucleic acid test results, vaccination and other information of all drivers and passengers to the village or town where you are located.

8. The new coronavirus vaccine is very effective in preventing disease, severe illness and death. Adverse reaction monitoring data shows that my country’s new coronavirus vaccine is very safe. Chronic diseases are not contraindications to COVID-19 vaccination. Anyone with stable health status and good medication control can be vaccinated. 2. Precautions for truck drivers and passengers

4. In principle, truck drivers and passengers leave the stone immediately after loading and unloading the goods.
