In 20021year, the bank has always conscientiously implemented the major decision-making arrangements of the state on reducing fees and profits and reducing the burden on enterprises, strictly implemented the requirements of the Notice of the General Administration of Market Supervision of the Development and Reform Commission of the Banking Regulatory Commission of the People's Bank of China on Reducing the Payment Fees of Small and Micro Enterprises and Individual Industrial and Commercial Households (Yinfa [20021]169), and actively responded to the call of industry associations. For example, the Proposal on Reducing the Handling Fees for Inter-bank Cash Withdrawals from ATMs, the Proposal on Reducing the Payment Fees of Small and Micro Enterprises and Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, and the Proposal on Regulating the Charges for Bank Letter of Credit Business, etc., we will continue to increase the efforts to reduce fees and profits and benefit enterprises and people, and effectively reduce the operating costs of the real economy and financial consumers. The main preferential measures for reducing fees and making profits are as follows:

1. Since July 25th, 20021,the transaction fees for debit cards, quasi-credit cards, corporate settlement cards and remote ATM withdrawals will not be charged for the time being.

Two. From September 30th, 20021year, all customers' check making fees, loss reporting fees, cashier's checks and bank drafts handling fees, making fees and loss reporting fees will be cancelled.

Three. Since September 30th, 20021,the following preferential policies have been implemented for small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households:

(1) All company settlement account management fees (including small account management fees) and annual fees are exempted.

(two) the opening fee of the unit settlement account shall be charged at no more than 50% of the current public price.

(3) If a single transfer and remittance to an enterprise bank is less than 654.38 million yuan through counter, online banking, mobile banking, ATM and other channels, the handling fee will be exempted.

(4) For the single inter-bank transfer and remittance business of less than 654.38 million yuan (inclusive) handled through counter, online banking, mobile banking, ATM and other channels, a 10% discount not higher than the current public price will be given.

(5) The annual service fee of corporate online banking (including online banking and mobile phone channels) is 50% more favorable than the current public price. Corporate telephone banking and security authentication tools are free of annual fees.

(six) the cost of safety certification tools is not higher than the cost price.

(seven) free of domestic letter of credit payment fees; The handling fee for opening a foreign exchange fund account and a foreign exchange settlement account shall not be higher than that of 50 yuan/account.

Four. From September 30th, 20021year, the service fees of standard merchant debit card issuers and network service fees will be given a 10% discount on the basis of the current government guidance price, and the cap value will remain unchanged. Preferential merchants will give 7.8% discount on the service fee of card issuing bank and network service fee on the basis of the current government guidance price. Simultaneously reduce the merchant's bill collection service fee and transfer the profits of the issuing bank and the bank card clearing institution to the merchant.

Five, the unit settlement account information service bank inquiry letter charging standard is 200 yuan/copy. From September 30th, 20021year, small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households will be given a discount not exceeding 50% of the current public price; From 20211211,small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households will be exempted from bank inquiry letter fees.

The fee for the bank confirmation letter issued by the intransitive verb enterprise as the capital verification certificate is 100-200 yuan/copy. From 20211211,small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households will be exempted from bank inquiry letter fees.
