Matters needing attention in the use of forklift

4. Sound the horn before starting, and lift the bucket to about 0.5m from the ground. It is forbidden to lift and turn the bucket while driving;

5. When loading sand, insert the bucket at a low speed, put the bottom of the bucket on the ground, lower the shovel arm, and then gradually increase the engine speed along the ground;

6. When loading, the bucket should be inserted from the front to prevent unilateral stress;

7, when discharging slowly and smoothly, bucket shall not collide with the trunk. When the boom descends, it is not allowed to stop suddenly;

8. When the shovel arm moves up or down to the maximum, the joystick should return to the neutral position to prevent the safety valve from making noise and failure;

9, homework should use low gear, it is forbidden to bucket manned;

10. When driving, fully extend the piston rod of the bucket and bucket handle hydraulic cylinder, so that the bucket, bucket handle and boom are close together;

Pay attention to the working condition of the machinery during operation, stop and check immediately if it is abnormal, and continue to run after troubleshooting; 13, after the operation, the bucket should be flat on the ground, put the slide valve handle in the neutral position, and pull the handbrake.
