Summary of summer internship at gas stations
Gas stations usually refer to refill stations that serve cars and other motor vehicles and retail gasoline and engine oil. They generally add fuel oil and lubrication. Oil etc. Below, I, DL, have compiled a summary of the summer internship at the gas station for everyone. I hope it will be helpful to everyone!
Summary of the summer internship at the gas station 1
Time flies in the blink of an eye Now, the three-week internship at the gas station has ended. The summer sun in July is blazing. I started my internship on July 1st. This internship was at the xxx gas station. Our gas station is located at the intersection of xx National Highway and xx Avenue in xx City. It is connected in all directions and runs through the north and south. It is a veritable large gas station. I got to know the knowledgeable, young and promising manager xx, and xx colleagues at the gas station. We come from all over the world, but we gather here, so we cherish this friendship with each other. The following summarizes the gains from this internship:
I still clearly remember that on the first day I reported to the station, Manager xx warned me during the induction training for me: Attitude determines altitude. ?Through this period of internship, I truly understood its meaning. During my three-week internship, I learned not only skilled refueling skills, but more importantly, the attitude of refueling. When you first arrive at the station, as long as you put on professional refueling clothes and become familiar with the six steps of refueling, you will be able to get off the bus all the time. However, through the subsequent failures and setbacks of oil spills, oil sprays, and oil leaks, I realized that it is not the oil that is added, but the attitude. Being in the service industry, you need to face all kinds of customers, including happy, tired, and grievances. As a service industry, it is inevitable for customers to make sarcastic remarks. At this time, we can only give full play to our subjective initiative and resolve objective difficulties with a sincere service attitude. Sometimes, when facing your own mistakes, you should have the courage to take your own responsibility, and you should learn to tell customers: "I'm sorry."
Through this short three-week internship, I have a deeper understanding of responsibility. Responsibility not only refers to my own faults at work, but also refers to my own obligations. Whether it is apologizing to external customers or maintaining the internal company image, we should be dedicated and conscientious, keeping in mind our job responsibilities and safety responsibilities. During my internship, our supervisor asked me to learn how to clean toilets. After hearing this, I was extremely reluctant. As a college student, asking me to clean toilets was a bit excessive. The supervisor noticed my displeasure and immediately told me affectionately: "Cleaning the toilet is the responsibility of every refueling employee, because only a clean toilet environment can make customers happy, and this is also a reflection of the service company culture."
Manager xx said: Every newcomer will make mistakes, but after making mistakes, everyone grows. ?Of course, I am no exception. During my internship, I made two mistakes. The first thing was due to my own negligence, an oil leak occurred during the refueling process, which caught me off guard. With the timely help of my colleagues, I was able to avoid a safety accident. The second thing is that I added the wrong model when refueling. The customer wanted 97#, so I added 93#. From these two accidents, I realized that: 1. I still need to develop my ability to solve problems from the grassroots level; 2. I still need to continue to learn professional knowledge.
During these three weeks of internship, I learned a lot of knowledge that I could not learn in class or textbooks. I will continue to learn my professional knowledge with a more serious attitude and prepare myself for the future. lay a solid foundation for the work.
Summary of Summer Internship at Gas Station II
During this summer vacation, I was very fortunate to come to Xingshou Xingnong Gas Station in Changping for an internship. Although it was only for a short seven days, it was fun. Only those who have experienced it personally can understand it. More importantly, the seven-day internship allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge and benefit a lot.
Xingshou Xingnong Gas Station is a medium-sized gas station directly affiliated to China Petroleum Corporation.
The main members of the station are: a station manager, a measurer, an accountant and four refuelers. The establishment of a gas station is also quite simple. The core part is composed of four blocks: the first block is the refueling area, the second block is the oil tank area, and the third block is the office hall. It also includes a control room and a financial room. The fourth block is the staff's residence and restaurant.
On the first day I came to the gas station, I learned all about the Chinese petroleum companies. PetroChina is China National Petroleum Corporation, one of the largest companies in terms of sales in the country. It and Sinopec are two independent companies and cannot be confused with each other. In the 2015 rankings, PetroChina ranked 52nd among the world's top 500 companies, while Sinopec ranked 63rd. PetroChina is a partner of the 2015 Beijing Olympic Games. The company's purpose is to contribute energy and create harmony; its corporate spirit: patriotism, entrepreneurship, pragmatism and dedication. PetroChina’s core business and management concepts: integrity, innovation, performance, harmony and safety. The service tenet of PetroChina gas stations: to provide customers with full-service, comprehensive, whole-process and whole-hearted services. The service commitment of the gas station: quality standards, accurate measurement, clean environment, health and safety, convenience and speed.
In gas stations, the most emphasized issue is safety. Various slogans are posted on the four large pillars in the refueling area: no smoking, no cell phone use, no car repairs, etc. It is intended to remind everyone entering the gas station that safety comes first. The staff at the gas station often teach us that we are not allowed to wear chemical fiber clothes in the gas station and must wear pure cotton. Shoes with iron nails are not allowed. When refueling a customer, you must wait for the driver to turn off the car before proceeding. These safety educations can be regarded as the first general education class after arriving at the gas station.
In an internship at a gas station, you must first learn to refuel. The standardized refueling operation is called the Thirteen Steps of Refueling. On the second day of the internship, the stationmaster sent a male refueling attendant to teach us. He showed us first and corrected our mistakes from time to time. We also learned a lot. The so-called Thirteen Steps to Refueling: The first step is to welcome. The second step is to guide the car. The third step is to open the door for the driver. Ask if it's full. The fourth step is to open the fuel tank cap for the car owner. The fifth step is to preset the oil volume. Part 6: Remove the refueling gun. Part 7, come on. Step 8: Put away the refueling gun. Part 9, screw on the fuel tank cap. The tenth step is to clean the car for the owner. Step 11, prompt for payment. The twelfth step is to issue an invoice. Step 13: Clean the venue. We must do every action of these thirteen steps in place, and it is indeed not an easy task to standardize.
Next, we had a preliminary understanding of the tanker. Three lines of numbers are displayed on the front and back of the tanker: fuel volume, amount and unit price. There is a small display screen on the right side of the tanker, and there are some buttons next to it. These are mainly used to preset oil levels. Mastering these actually lays the foundation for our internship. I clearly remember my first refueling internship. There were no problems with the previous steps of taking out the gun and inserting the fuel tank. Since the vehicle I am refueling is a small truck, the fuel tank of a diesel vehicle likes to choke with oil, so I need to pay special attention to it. I couldn't help but feel a little panicked, but I tried my best to stay calm. Holding the refueling gun tightly with both hands, he neither dared to steady the gun nor control the amount of fuel. It can only be refilled and stopped for a while, when it is almost full. Suddenly, a spurt of onion oil spurted out and splashed all over the floor. I can't express my feelings at that time, and I quickly apologized to the car owner. And put away the refueling gun and clean the fuel tank mouth. When the gas attendant saw this, he came out and explained to the car owner that we were interns. I couldn’t help but comfort myself: This kind of situation is inevitable, not to mention it’s the first time. I’ll just be more skilled and experienced in the future;
