I accidentally restored my phone to factory settings, and then I no longer receive text messages or verification codes. What should I do?

The mobile phone cannot receive text messages or verification codes for the following reasons:

1. You can first check whether the mailbox is full. If so, please delete some information;

2. If you still cannot receive it after deleting it, you can change your phone or card to test to see if it is a hardware factor;

3. After eliminating the above reasons, you can try to test whether you can receive it in another location. Check to see if the local signal is weak.
