How to change the mobile phone number bound by ABC's online banking?

Hello, at present, the mobile phone number of our personal savings card is divided into SMS notification mobile phone number, card opening reserved mobile phone number, pocket bank mobile phone number and security authentication mobile phone number. Different mobile phone numbers are modified in different ways.

A, SMS notification mobile phone number modification:

1. Personal Banking: Please log in to the Personal Banking APP and click "All → Assistant → SMS Notification → Maintenance/Cancellation" to modify the mobile phone number of SMS notification, the initial amount of SMS notification, whether to display the balance and payment account.

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Security → Message Service → Modify" to modify the mobile phone number of SMS notification, the initial amount of SMS notification and whether to display the balance.

3. Counter: Please bring the cardholder's valid ID and debit card notified by signing SMS to any ABC outlet in China for modification.

Tips: You can modify the initial amount of SMS notification through our self-service terminal.

Second, personal mobile phone number change:

1. Zhang Yin: Please click "Old mobile phone number is no longer used?" Click here to change the login phone number (if you can't see this function menu, you can click "Switch login mode → Switch/Register users"), select the certificate type, enter the certificate number and name, and click "Next" to follow the system prompts.

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, click "Security → Mobile Number → Pocket Banking", click "Add", enter the mobile phone number to be added, and pass the security tool authentication; After adding, select the old mobile phone number to be deleted again, and click "Delete" to complete the modification of Zhang Yin's login mobile phone number.

3. Counter: Please bring your valid ID card and bank card to any branch of Agricultural Bank of China.

3. Pre-reserved mobile phone number for card opening: If it needs to be modified, please bring your valid ID card, bank card and the mobile phone to be used [purpose: to get verification code] to any branch of our bank for processing.

Four, security authentication mobile phone number modification method:

If you are a first-generation KBao customer, please bring your valid ID card and the bank card of any registered account of electronic banking to any branch of our bank to modify the mobile phone number of security authentication.

If you are a second-generation KBao or KLing customer, please log in to personal online banking and click "Security → Mobile Number → Security Authentication" to modify it. Verify the K-treasure or K-list when modifying.
