According to Article 5 of the Idle Fish Management Rules, if buyers and sellers choose to trade idle fish online, the timeout must follow the rules of Taobao's general transaction timeout, Taobao's general refund timeout and timeout change in the description of Taobao's timeout. If the buyer and the seller choose to meet after online payment, if the buyer fails to confirm the receipt within 10 days after the seller operates "delivery", the transaction status will be automatically changed to success.
