I. Application of Distributor
1 Those who meet the application conditions must complete the application procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions in the Business Instructions for Amway Distributors, pass the examination of Amway China and sign the Amway Distributor Contract in person before becoming an Amway Distributor.
The validity period of distributor qualification is subject to the agreement in the Amway distributor contract.
3 The information submitted by the applicant * must be true and valid; Do not borrow, falsely use the name of others or become an Amway distributor in other improper ways; If the applicant provides untrue or unqualified information, or obtains the qualification of an Amway distributor by improper means, Amway China reserves the right to deal with it (including terminating the Amway distributor contract immediately).
Distributors and their spouses are not allowed to apply for a new Amway number in addition to the existing Amway number.
5 The distributor of Amway shall not participate in the business of similar enterprises that are competitive with Amway (China).
Amway China reserves the right to accept or reject anyone's application to become an Amway distributor.

Second, the dealer's responsibility
1 Abide by laws and regulations, respect social morality, and conduct business activities in accordance with the principles of voluntariness, fairness, honesty and credibility.
2. Abide by the dealer's operating rules and regulations promulgated by Amway (China) and the amendments, changes and supplements made during the contract period.
3. Obey the ordering and sales rules.
3. 1 Do not place an order or transfer or lend my Amway card to others in the name of others.
3.2 Carefully estimate the sales volume, place reasonable orders, and do not blindly hoard products to achieve performance.
3.3 Without the consent of Amway (China), Amway products shall not be publicly displayed, publicized or sold in public places.
3.4 The distributor shall specialize in Amway (China) products in its business premises and shall not display, promote or sell any products or services not provided by Amway (China).
3.5 In the process of selling products, we should introduce the return system of Amway (China) to consumers in detail. After the transaction, it is necessary to provide invoices or sales vouchers to consumers.
3.6 It is strictly prohibited for dealers to cut prices maliciously or in disguised form by themselves or by using others to disrupt the market.
3.7 Don't offer or sell Amway products to anyone or merchants for resale.
4 comply with product promotion laws and regulations
4. 1 Introduce and publicize the products in strict accordance with the product information provided by Amway (China), and do not exaggerate or falsely publicize the use, performance, efficacy, usage and dosage of the products, let alone deceive or mislead consumers.
4.2 Deal with customers' complaints about products quickly with polite service attitude. Handle product return for consumers in strict accordance with the policies and procedures published by Amway (China). For the problems reflected by consumers in the process of using products, consumers should be advised to stop using related products immediately, and relevant information should be conveyed to Amway (China) in time to assist Amway (China) to properly handle them.
4.3 It is strictly prohibited to conduct business activities in the following improper ways:

4.4 Do not use the resources of Amway (China) to promote or sell products, activities or services not provided by Amway (China), or engage in marketing activities of other products or services that have conflicts of interest with Amway (China) or violate business ethics laws and regulations.
4.5 It is forbidden to promote Amway business in markets other than Amway (China) or sell Amway products in markets other than Amway (China) in Chinese mainland.
4.6 In the course of conducting business, the reputation of other occupations, industries, companies, brands, commodities and their employees shall not be belittled, slandered or attacked.
5 comply with marketing regulations
5. 1 Earnestly study and master the relevant information of Amway (China), and introduce Amway (China) Company realistically, without exaggerating the strength of Amway (China).
5.2 Do not disseminate policy information related to the company's business operation without the approval of Amway (China), and do not disseminate or publicize any information released by Amway (China) that is untrue.
5.3 Earnestly perform the responsibilities and obligations stipulated in the contract, and conscientiously complete all tasks assigned by the company according to the requirements of Amway (China) specifications, including but not limited to: carrying out product and brand promotion activities; Provide information consultation, product price and other services for consumers; Submit work reports regularly, etc.
5.4 It is strictly forbidden to engage in improper or immoral words and deeds such as politics, religion, superstition and pyramid selling in the course of business.
5.5 Do not resort to deceit and seek improper benefits by artificially adjusting or manipulating performance.
5.6 Abide by the regulations of Amway (China) and conduct business promotion and market service activities only in the business premises approved by the business license.
5.7 Without the consent of Amway (China), you are not allowed to publish, broadcast advertisements or publicize Amway products and services in any media (including but not limited to the Internet and SMS platforms), nor are you allowed to spread and distribute advertisements or promotional materials related to Amway products and services through other channels.
6. Comply with the policy of business supplementary sales materials.
6. 1 Only auxiliary marketing materials such as words, recordings, videos, Amway (China) official website, auxiliary marketing tools and business auxiliary means can be used to carry out business activities, and no auxiliary marketing materials, auxiliary marketing tools or business auxiliary means (including self-built websites) that are not approved by the company can be used to carry out publicity, promotion and contact activities of Amway business. All legal liabilities arising from the use of marketing materials, marketing aids and commercial aids not approved by Amway (China) shall be borne by the distributor himself. If Amway (China) suffers losses as a result, Amway (China) will claim compensation from it according to law.
6.2 Do not display, publicize, sell or distribute any marketing AIDS and appliances that have not been designated or approved by Amway (China); In particular, you must not use Amway business relationship or hire, instruct, assist or connive at other people to carry out the above activities.
6.3 Without the permission of Amway (China), it is not allowed to produce, publish or distribute any printed matter and audio-visual materials (including but not limited to Amway products, business, marketing methods and other related fields) related to Amway by itself or through other units or individuals.
6.4 Business cards in Amway (China) unified format must be used for official business. If you print it yourself, it must conform to the content and style specified by Amway (China).
7 Without the approval of Amway (China), you shall not be interviewed by news, websites and other media, publishing units or individual authors on topics related to Amway products or business.
Without the approval of Amway (China), enterprises, groups or individuals that are competitive with Amway's product type and operation mode shall not be invited to give lectures, give lectures and share experiences. When accepting the invitation of other enterprises, organizations or individuals to carry out the above activities, if Amway is involved, the prior consent of Amway (China) must be obtained. But you should not use Amway's business relationship and channels to publicize and sell tickets and materials for related activities.

10 strictly abide by the company's policies on marketing personnel training meetings and activities, and shall not hold any form of meetings, trainings and activities related to Amway business or Amway products; It is also prohibited to carry out the above activities in the name of other individuals, groups, organizations, companies or enterprises and institutions.
1 1 Without the permission of Amway (China), it is forbidden to participate in training, meetings and activities related to Amway business or products outside the geographical scope of the province (autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government) where its registered branch is located.

Three. Amway Name, Trademark and Copyright
1 Without Amway's written permission, no one may engage in the following acts:
1. 1 Use the same or similar characters and patterns as the trademarks, trade names and corporate logos of Amway and its affiliated companies/institutions as all or part of the logos, trademarks, trade names and domain names of any other institutions, organizations and activities;
1.2 produce and sell any products provided by non-Amway (China) with the same or similar marks and packaging as the trademarks, corporate names, corporate logos and product packaging of Amway and its affiliates;
1.3 Use the trademarks, corporate logos and product packaging designs of Amway and its affiliated companies/institutions in any packaging, advertisements, websites and promotional materials in the same or similar way;
1.4 Use the text, art, photos, animations, music, videos and other materials produced and published in the name of Amway and its affiliated companies/institutions in any way, including but not limited to copying, reprinting and setting up links on the Internet.
The above-mentioned "affiliates/institutions of Amway" include but are not limited to ALTICOR, Amway, QUIXTAR and ACCESS Business Group.
3 The above-mentioned "trademarks of Amway Company" include the registered or unregistered trademarks of Andago, ALTICOR, Amway, Amway, Jetstar, QUIXTAR, Jietong and ACCESS used in Amway series products.
Fourth, supervision and punishment.
When the distributor of 1 finds that his rights and interests have been infringed, he shall file a complaint with Amway (China) in writing and request for rights protection. If no infringement is filed with Amway (China) within 12 months from the date of infringement, Amway (China) reserves the right not to accept it.
2 If the distributor or his spouse violates this Code, or the consequences of his behavior damage the reputation of Amway products, market harmony and corporate image, Amway (China) will decide the punishment method for the responsible person according to the seriousness of the case and the punishment grading system of Amway (China) Business Code, and its measures include but are not limited to: verbal or written warning; Suspend the performance of the contract; Delaying or withholding part or all of the income and rewards; Suspend or cancel the promotion qualification of the corresponding rank; Do not renew the contract or terminate the dealer contract immediately.
If the distributor is suspected of serious violation of this Code, Amway (China) has the right to take measures to freeze the business rights in advance during the investigation, and will deal with it according to the final investigation results.
4 After receiving the penalty notice from Amway (China), if the distributor wants to apply for a review, it must apply for a review in writing to Amway (China) within 30 days from the date of signing the penalty letter (addressee: Business Code Group of Amway (China) National Business Department). Amway (China) reserves the right to reject late applications.
4. 1 The applicant for reexamination shall apply in writing and provide relevant evidential materials as required by Amway China.
4.2 The review results include maintaining or modifying the original decision, or re-launching the investigation by the regional business department.
4.3 During the review, the original punishment decision is still valid.
If the activities of the spouse and self-employed personnel of the distributor violate the company's business code or other disciplines and rules, the distributor shall bear the responsibility and accept the corresponding punishment of the company. Once verified, Amway (China) has the right to regard any behavior that circumvents the management regulations such as the Business Code in a legal form, including using others to carry out illegal activities, as invalid, and impose corresponding penalties on the perpetrators.
6 In the course of business, if the distributor violates relevant national laws and regulations such as Regulations on Direct Selling Management and Regulations on Prohibition of MLM, as well as various codes, systems and operating procedures formulated by Amway (China), and damages the interests of Amway (China), Amway (China) reserves the right to pursue and claim compensation according to law.
