Seven, other provisions

(2) The applicant makes false promises, conceals or deceives, and provides false materials. When applying, it should be recorded in the credit management file of public rental housing, and it is not allowed to apply for public rental housing again within 5 years.

(III) The applicant who obtains monetary subsidies or shiwupeizu security by means of concealment, deception, false promises, etc. shall be ordered to refund the subsidies within a time limit or vacate the leased housing, and recorded in the credit management files of public rental housing. You may not apply for affordable housing again within five years from the date of returning subsidies or vacating housing.

(four) the housing security department staff abuse their powers, engage in malpractices for selfish ends, and disclose the information of the security object in the qualification examination, and shall be investigated for administrative responsibility according to law; Anyone suspected of constituting a crime shall be transferred to judicial organs for criminal responsibility according to law.
