How long does it take to sue for divorce to get a subpoena?

The other party suing for divorce received a summons within 7 days. The following materials are required to sue for divorce:

If it is the second time to sue for divorce, the plaintiff will also issue a court judgment.

The applicant needs to file a lawsuit in the people's court; After being examined by the filing hall to meet the conditions for filing, the filing court will issue a notice of filing and pay the legal fees with the notice of filing.
