Questions and answers are the main body of the questionnaire. Problems fall into three categories: personality problems, behavior problems and attitude problems.

Characteristic questions are used to measure the basic situation of the respondents; Behavioral problems measure some behaviors and events that happened or are happening in the past. Characteristic problems and behavior problems are collectively called fact problems, which are objective facts about the respondents; Attitude problem is used to measure the subjective factors such as the respondents' views, understanding and willingness on something, and attitude problem is the key link to reveal the direct and historical reasons of a phenomenon. There is no need to include three types of questions in a questionnaire at the same time.

(4) coding

Coding refers to calculating the number recognized by the function, transforming the question and answer, so that the computer can carry out statistical processing and analysis. You can code the questionnaire before the survey, which is called pre-coding, or you can code the questionnaire after the survey, which is called post-coding.
