In terms of reactive power management and economic operation, many substations do not adopt centralized reactive power compensation with reactive power capacitors, and the power factors of 35kV lines and 10kV lines cannot meet the requirements of 0.95 and 0.9 respectively. The reactive power monitoring of small hydropower stations is weak, and the power factor standard and customer reactive power management of small hydropower stations are not well determined according to different seasons and regions. At present, our company only evaluates the users of 100kVA and above substations.
Six, the next line loss management plan
1. Continue to carry out the "Year of Line Loss Management" and further promote the activities through the Line Loss Management Demonstration Institute;
2. Appropriately adjust the line loss index at the beginning of the year and improve the incentive assessment mechanism; 3. 4. 5. In measurement, improve the measurement of each node of 35 network, accurately analyze the line loss of each 35kV line, continue to do a good job in meter management, completely replace the eliminated meters, complete the weekly inspection of the metering boxes of the public transformers in each power supply station, and disassemble and rotate the public transformers and power meters of the large power supply;
6. Pay attention to technical transformation and loss reduction measures. 7.
