This is a bug. If it is urgent, it is recommended to uninstall the update first. It will be optimized later. You can uninstall the new version of information first.

Version upgrade operation:

I. Go to Settings > System and Update, and click Software Update.

2. When the system detects a new version, you can download the updated version of the upgrade package manually or update the version through the night upgrade function:

1. Download the upgrade package manually: click New Version > Download and Install. Downloading the upgrade package will consume a certain amount of traffic, so it is recommended that you operate in WLAN environment.

After the upgrade is completed, the phone will automatically restart.

2. Automatic upgrade at night: Click Settings to turn on the switch for automatic download and installation at night under WLAN.

The mobile phone will automatically install the upgrade package from 2 am to 4 am and restart the mobile phone.

During this period, the mobile phone should be turned on and locked, and no alarm clock should be set between 2 and 4 o'clock. The upgrade power should be greater than 35%. If the battery is low, please insert the charger in advance.

To turn off automatic system update, please click Settings in the software update interface and turn off the automatic download switch under WLAN.
