I booked a high-speed rail ticket online. How to cancel the order?

You can cancel your order through the railway 12306APP, as shown below:

1. Click to open the railway 12306, as shown below.

2. After entering the homepage of the APP-click "Order" in the menu bar at the bottom, as shown in the figure below.

3, after entering the order interface-find and click "not on a business trip order", the following figure

4. Enter the interface of not traveling orders-after selecting the ticket date to cancel, click "Query", as shown in the figure below.

5. In the query result-find the corresponding order number and click Enter, as shown below.

7. Click to select the order to be changed, and click Change, as shown in the following figure.

8. Click OK, as shown in the figure below. In this way, the cancellation is successful. If the problem cannot be solved, you can repeat the above steps and try again.
