What should we do if the Labor Arbitration Commission has not processed the results within 60 days but has issued a notice?

According to the Labor Dispute Personnel Mediation and Arbitration Law, labor disputes are settled within forty-five days from the date of acceptance, and complex cases can be extended for fifteen days.

If it takes more than 60 days, it is recommended to accept the notification from the arbitration committee and ask it to issue written materials to directly file a lawsuit with the Civil Division of the People's Court.
