After the mobile phone is connected to WIFI, disconnect and reconnect it every few minutes (the mobile phone turns on 4G, and the computer uses WIFI normally).

If the wireless signal of the mobile phone is weak or unstable, resulting in frequent disconnection, Samsung mobile phones generally recommend the following steps for troubleshooting and handling:

1. Turn off and restart the phone, reset the router, and then reconnect the wireless network.

2. Please confirm the transmission bandwidth of the router (the bandwidth supported by the router supporting 802. 1 1n is 40mhz, and it is recommended to set it to 20mhz), and then confirm whether the router network is normal.

3. Confirm whether IP address filtering /MAC address filtering is set in the router.

4. If you still can't surf the Internet through WLAN, it is recommended to try using static IP mode: Settings -WLAN- Select a wireless hotspot-Show advanced options-Check-Slide the screen down -IP settings-Static -IP address/gateway.

5. Try connecting other routers.

6. Try to restore the factory settings after backing up the important data of the mobile phone.

If the problem still exists, it is recommended to take the purchase invoice, three-guarantee certificate and mobile phone to the service center for inspection by engineers.
