2. Regular (returning) personnel who have been in and out of the province for 14 days continuously and have no local clustering epidemic in the whole region have been tested by negative nucleic acid within 48 hours to prove that they can flow in an orderly manner; If there is no negative certificate, 1 nucleic acid test is needed within 24 hours after the normal arrival, and the orderly flow can only be achieved after the result is negative. The above two types of personnel need to carry out more than 1 nucleic acid detection within 48 hours after reaching normal.
