He said to all the Bodhisattvas: Stay in the courtyard and have a rest, and wait for me to practice my magic to save me. Obviously, the Tathagata went to rescue the driver. Even if the Tathagata is the leader of the Buddhist Sect, he still obeys the orders of the Jade Emperor. After all, the Jade Emperor is the master of the Three Realms!

Having said that, it is not difficult to subdue the Monkey King. So why did Guanyin Bodhisattva recommend Erlang God to play the Monkey King before? Erlang God and the Monkey King got the upper hand in the fight, but only won a little.

Why didn't Guanyin find a fairy with overwhelming advantages? We know that there are two major forces in the sky, Taoism and Buddhism. Taishang Laojun is the ancestor of Taoism, with a deep foundation and many disciples and followers. The power of Buddhism has just risen, and it is precisely because of the Monkey King's rebellion that it has given Buddhism a good opportunity. If you can recommend someone to soothe the demon monkey, you will naturally leave a good impression in front of the Jade Emperor. But if such a good opportunity does not show the difficulty of persuasion, the efforts made by Buddhism for this matter are not worth it. After all, the Jade Emperor is not worried about the Monkey King.

Then Guanyin took advantage of Erlang God's hand-to-hand combat with Wukong to let the great master throw out a diamond bracelet and attack the Monkey King. I finally caught the demon monkey.

Guanyin won a good reputation for Buddhism through this move. As for later, the Tathagata personally photographed Wukong at the foot of Wuxing Mountain, and only then did he really show his face, which greatly increased the reputation of Buddhism.
