How long does it take to get a replacement card online?

China Mobile App will contact you for delivery within 72 hours after submitting the replacement card successfully. The method is as follows:

1. First open it and click to enter China Mobile App, as shown in the figure below.

2. Enter the home page and click the input box at the top of the page, as shown in the figure below.

3. Enter the search for "replacement card", find it and click enter, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then, click to enter the card replacement business and check the detailed options, as shown in the figure below.

5. After entering the mobile phone number to be processed, click the option I want to process, as shown in the figure below.

6, according to the prompt for authentication, you can operate, as shown in the figure below.
