Not satisfied with receiving the express delivery

1. Go to the platform and negotiate with the seller to decide whether to exchange or return the goods.

2. After deciding to return the goods, click Return Refund in the background, and then the seller will send a fixed template, including the return address and the name of the acceptable courier company.

3. The courier company fills in the face sheet or WeChat order according to the address provided by the seller, and the courier company picks it up at home.

If the courier fee is written at the time of purchase, the seller will supply it to you. If not, you have to bear it yourself.
