Find device function

Log in to find devices.

Log in to official website and Cloud Host (cloud.huawei.com) with the same Huawei account as the lost device on any browser of mobile phone or computer, and use the device search function. Log in to another Huawei mobile phone to find a device App with the same Huawei account as the lost device.

Positioning equipment

After logging in to find the device, select the device to be located in the device list, and you can locate and navigate to the vicinity of the device location. If the function of sending the last location is turned on for your lost device, when the battery of the device is almost exhausted (8% power), it will automatically trigger sending the last location.

Play the ringtone

After successful positioning, you can click to play the ringtone when you arrive near the device, and you can find the mobile phone faster through the ringtone. If the phone is in mute or vibration mode, the use of this function will not be affected. After clicking Play Ringtone, you can only turn off the ringing device or enter the screen lock password on the ringing device.
