I. Sampling time and arrangement

Four. Relevant requirements and precautions

1. During nucleic acid screening and sampling, residents and friends are requested to go to the sampling point nearby in an orderly manner according to the community notice.

2. During the sampling process, obey the staff's instructions, do personal protection, always wear a mask, keep the distance above 1 meter, do not smoke or talk, avoid crowd gathering, and observe the order at the scene. After sampling, put on a mask and leave immediately. Don't stay at the sampling point.

3. When sampling, please take the initiative to show the "Hubei Health Code" with your smartphone. For the elderly, the disabled, the disabled and other people with special circumstances, the staff will provide on-site sampling service and ask other family members to dock with their communities in time.

4. Those who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine for more than 48 hours should report to their neighborhood committees in advance and do not participate in this regional expanded nucleic acid screening.

5. Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions should fully cooperate with the regional expansion of nucleic acid screening and sampling work, urge their personnel to conduct nucleic acid sampling within the specified time, and at the same time obey the organizational arrangements and actively participate in the work related to nucleic acid screening and sampling. Owners of rental houses should fulfill their supervisory responsibilities and remind tenants to participate in nucleic acid screening.

6. See Hubei Health Code for the results of nucleic acid screening; If there is no smart phone, issue a sampling certificate to the community where the sampling point is located.

From June 5438+03 to July 4, the results of nucleic acid screening will be strictly checked. All people who enter and leave urban communities, communities, villages in cities, administrative enterprises and institutions, various public places and take public transport must provide negative proof of nucleic acid screening within 72 hours.

8. Regional expanded nucleic acid screening is carried out to better investigate risks, and residents should not panic and be anxious. During the sampling period, residents are not allowed to take photos and videos without authorization, and are not allowed to spread the sampling site without authorization.
