Four. Athlete qualification:

(3) Athletes must participate in the competition in their true identities. If fraud is found, their qualifications will be cancelled, and their competition results will be cancelled in the completed competition, but the ranking at this level will not increase.

(5) Athletes must take part in the competition with the Liaoning Provincial Sports Competitor Registration Certificate issued by Liaoning Provincial Sports Bureau in 2008 and the original of my second-generation ID card, otherwise they may not participate in the competition.

(3) Adopt a two-stage competition system:

The first stage:

1) According to the numbers drawn by the athletes when weighing, the winner will continue the competition, and the loser will be eliminated until the remaining two athletes compete for the championship and runner-up; The loser of 1/2 competed for the third and fourth place.

2) In order to obtain the ideal number of athletes (i.e. 2, 4, 8, etc. ) single defeat eliminated, if necessary, 1 round qualifiers can be held, and the qualifiers are arranged from top to bottom.

The second stage:

1) Athletes eliminated before the first stage 1/4 and 1/4 will participate in the second stage competition.

2) The athletes participating in the second stage draw lots again and arrange them according to their lottery numbers. The winner will continue to compete, and the loser will be eliminated until the remaining two athletes compete for the fifth and sixth places, and the loser of 1/2 will compete for the seventh and eighth places.

3) In order to obtain the ideal number of athletes (i.e. 2, 4, 8, etc. ) Single-loss elimination, 1 round qualifiers can be held when necessary, and the qualifiers will be arranged from bottom to top.

(4) If the number of participants in a certain level is less than 8 (including 8), the competition will be conducted by direct elimination and play-offs.

Seven, admission ranking and reward:

(1) Personal ranking: the top eight men and women at all levels are admitted and awarded certificates, and the top eight are scored according to 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 respectively.

(2) A "Sports Morality and Fashion Award" will be established in the competition.

(3) The results will not be brought into the 20 10 Provincial Games, but will only be used as experience records.

Eight, registration and registration:

(1) Registration: All units must submit the registration form in duplicate 15 days before the competition (subject to the postmark), stamped with the official seal of the Municipal Sports Bureau, and submitted it to the Heavy Sports Management Center and the organizer, the Provincial Sports Bureau. Failure to register according to regulations and late registration will be regarded as non-participation.

(2) Each team must submit the final registration form of the unit to the organizing committee of the conference before 20: 00 pm on the registration day (the registration cannot be changed), and the arrangement will be made according to the original registration after the deadline.

(3) Registration: Each sports team shall report to the General Assembly two days before the competition, and the referee shall report to the General Assembly three days before the competition.

(4) When reporting for duty, each team shall submit the athletes' competition registration certificate, second-generation ID card, health certificate and personal accident insurance certificate to the competitors. In the event of a major injury accident, the Organizing Committee shall take corresponding measures immediately, but shall not bear legal responsibilities and related expenses.

Nine. Adjudication and Arbitration Commission

Referees, referees and members of the arbitration committee are selected by Liaoning Heavy Sports Management Center, and other participating units can select 1 referee who has the first-class referee qualification of this project and has participated in more than two provincial competitions to take part in the work, and all the expenses are self-care.
