How to unsubscribe from Bank of China corporate customer SMS notification service

Change or revoke relevant information in a timely manner according to your needs. Select one of your mobile phone numbers or all of your mobile phone numbers to modify or cancel the corporate text messaging product. If you cancel all mobile phone number services, your information will be logged out.

When you request to cancel the corporate text messaging product, you should fill out the "Opening/Cancellation Application Form", have it signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal of the unit, and submit it to the bank where the Bank of China account is opened.

If the customer account corresponding to the corporate SMS messaging product is cancelled, the corporate SMS messaging product provided by the account-opening bank to the customer will be automatically terminated, and the account-opening bank shall cancel the customer information in the mobile phone SMS platform system.
