What should I do if I cannot receive text messages when using mobile phone services?

If the mobile phone cannot receive text messages, it is recommended:

1. Try to make a call to rule out whether it is due to mobile phone arrears.

2. Check whether all text messages cannot be received. If some or some numbers cannot be received, please check whether the message blocking function (such as SMS blacklist) is set up.

3. If it prompts that the memory is full, please optimize the phone memory (for example: delete some text messages).

4. If it doesn’t work, please turn off the phone, take out the SIM card and reinsert it and try again.
