Guangzhou provident fund withdrawal new regulations 2022

Guangzhou housing provident fund extraction is mainly divided into rental extraction, cancellation extraction, purchase extraction and so on. Depositors who meet the extraction conditions can make online or offline appointments through the provident fund website or WeChat official account. See the text for specific extraction guidelines!

Guide to extraction of various application conditions

First, the depositor meets one of the following conditions, and may apply for withdrawing the storage balance in the housing provident fund account:

(1) Purchase owner-occupied housing with ownership within the administrative area of Guangzhou where the depositor and spouse are registered, or purchase owner-occupied housing with ownership adjacent to Guangzhou (Foshan, Qingyuan, Zhongshan, Dongguan, Huizhou, Shaoguan or Zhaoqing, the same below) if there is no owner-occupied housing within the administrative area of Guangzhou.

(2) The depositor and his/her spouse's household registration is the owner-occupied house with ownership adjacent to Guangzhou within the administrative area of Guangzhou, or there is no self-owned house within the administrative area of Guangzhou.

(three) the ownership of the existing residential elevators invested and built in the administrative area of Guangzhou.

(four) the depositor and his spouse, minor children in the administrative area of Guangzhou city without their own property housing and renting a house for their own occupation.

(five) laid-off workers, men over 45 years old and women over 40 years old, have been laid off and unemployed in the month of application 12 months.

(6) The employee who is not registered in Guangzhou dissolves or terminates the labor relationship with the unit, and fails to continue to deposit in another place, and the account has been sealed for half a year.

(7) Retirement.

(eight) completely lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit.

(9) Exiting settlers.

(10) If the depositor dies or is declared dead, his heirs and legatee may apply for withdrawing the storage balance in the depositor's housing provident fund account.

(eleven) other circumstances stipulated by the state, Guangdong province and Guangzhou city.

Two, the depositor or spouse meets a number of conditions at the same time, only one condition can apply for withdrawal; If the depositor or spouse has multiple houses that meet the same extraction conditions, only one house can be selected for extraction at the same time.

Extract object

In line with the above items (1) to (4), depositors and their spouses can apply for withdrawal.

If the same person changes the marital relationship twice or more in a year to buy a house, or changes the property right of the same house twice or more in a year, neither the property owner nor the spouse may apply for buying a house and withdraw the housing provident fund.

Treatment process

Online processing: Matters that can be extracted by mobile phone can be extracted through the official account of WeChat, and approved by Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center → Center (no more than 3 working days). Those who have reached the statutory retirement age (male ≥60 years old, female ≥55 years old) can also handle it through the central website-personal business.

Front desk handling: the applicant makes an appointment through the website of Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center and the official account of WeChat of Guangzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center → the applicant provides the necessary materials to the appointment outlets → the bank handling outlets accept → the center approves (no more than 3 working days) → the transfer is cancelled.

Remarks: If you need to contact other relevant departments to verify the authenticity of the extracted materials, you need to extend the approval time appropriately. If the applicant disagrees with the audit opinion, he can apply to the central office or the management department for review, and the application for review will be answered within 5 working days. Employees who pass the examination (meet the extraction conditions) can go through the extraction procedures again.

Note: If an employee does not have an online login password,

1. With the original ID card, you can set the password in the central office, management department or collection bank outlets.

2. Reset your password by swiping your face through the official WeChat account.

Extract business handling outlets

China Construction Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, Bank of Guangzhou, Agricultural Bank of China, Guangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, China Everbright Bank, Ping An Bank, China Merchants Bank, China CITIC Bank, Industrial Bank, Bank of Communications and China Guangfa Bank undertake the housing provident fund collection business (see the opening hours of outlets on the central website for details).

Central outlets: Monday to Friday, 9: 00 am-12: 00 am and 0: 00 pm-5: 00 pm (except legal holidays); Bank outlets that undertake collection business: specifically, the business hours announced by each outlet shall prevail.
