Why can't Samsung mobile phone lock the screen?

If the phone screen cannot be locked, it is recommended that:

1. Check whether the smart screen function is enabled on your mobile phone. (Settings-My Device-Smart Screen)

2. Check the duration of the background light of the mobile phone: Set-Display-Screen Timeout (or the screen turns off automatically), and choose the shortest time to try.

3. Click the power button to see if you can lock the screen.

4. Check whether a third-party theme software is used. If installed, it is recommended to uninstall and delete.

5. Uninstall and delete the recently installed software.

6. Please back up the data (contacts, text messages, pictures, etc. ), and then restore the factory settings (Settings-Reset/Privacy/Personal-Restore Factory Settings).
