1. Debit card SMS notification cancellation channel: (1) Zhang Yin: Please log in to Zhang Yin APP and click "Home All → Assistant → SMS Notification → Maintenance/Cancellation" (when operating, clear all the bound mobile phone numbers displayed on the page), and close the debit card SMS notification without verifying KBao and KOrder. (2) Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, and click "Security → Message Service → Logout" to turn off SMS notification of debit card. You need to verify KBao and KOrder. (3) Counter: Please bring your valid ID and bank card to any branch of Agricultural Bank of China. Reminder: If the SMS knows the arrears, you need to pay first and then cancel. Fujian Province (excluding Xiamen) does not support online banking and online banking channel cancellation for the time being (subject to the place where the electronic banking channel is registered).

2. Credit card SMS notification cancellation channel: Please log in to Palm Bank APP, click Home-Credit Card-Card Manager-SMS Service or call our credit card center hotline 4006695599 to cancel the SMS reminder service for full credit card transfer.

3. Cancellation method of enterprise SMS notification: Provide the following application materials to the bank where the account is opened: (1) Electronic Banking (Enterprise) Application Form. The contents of the application form shall not be altered, stamped with the reserved seal of the account to be registered and the official seal of the enterprise, and signed by the legal representative or authorized agent of the enterprise. (2) A copy of the valid identity certificate of the legal representative. (3) The original and photocopy of the valid identity certificate of the agent. (4) The power of attorney of legal person shall be signed and sealed by the legal representative or authorized agent of the enterprise and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise. When the legal representative handles it in person, it is not necessary to provide the legal person's power of attorney; When the authorized agent handles it in person, it is not necessary to provide the power of attorney of the legal person, but the original and photocopy of the authorization document issued by the legal representative of the enterprise to the authorized agent are required. Tips: (1) The enterprise will inform the mobile phone number by SMS, and the unbound mobile phone number will receive a SMS prompt for cancellation; (2) If there is arrears when canceling the enterprise message service, it can only be cancelled after payment.
