The service fee of ABC debit card message service is deducted from the bank card. The message service fee is charged once a month. If the deduction at the beginning of the month is unsuccessful, the second deduction will be made at the end of the month. The actual deduction is subject to the branch setting. The account system that failed to deduct fees sent a notice the next day, asking customers to deposit before the end of the month, and deduct fees in batches at the end of the month. On the last day of the month, the account funds are still insufficient to deduct fees, and the message service business of this account will be stopped from next month. If the customer's account opened the SMS notification service in July and the SMS notification fee was not deducted in that month, the SMS notification service could not be enjoyed in July.

Tips:

1. If you have already applied for the quasi-credit card of Agricultural Bank of China, and opened the overdraft function and SMS service, if the funds in your account are zero, the system will not automatically overdraw and deduct the monthly SMS fee.

2. If the debit card account opening province is inconsistent with the message service account opening province, the message service fee shall be charged according to the charging standard of the account opening province.
