Notice of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology on the Prevention and Control of Recent Epidemic Situation

Recently, a new round of COVID-19 epidemic has spread to many provinces such as Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and the prevention and control situation is severe and complicated. In order to conscientiously implement the decision-making arrangements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, consolidate the achievements of the school's normalized epidemic prevention and control, and safeguard the life and health of teachers and students and the safety and stability of the campus, the relevant matters concerning the recent epidemic prevention and control in our school are hereby notified as follows.

1. Teachers, students and employees should strictly abide by local regulations on epidemic prevention and control, and are not allowed to go to districts and cities where high-risk areas of epidemic situation are located for continuous self-health monitoring. We should pay close attention to the domestic epidemic dynamics and changes in high-risk areas. Those who have a life history in the confirmed case area should report in time according to the territorial management policy, take the initiative to do a good job in nucleic acid testing and implement epidemic prevention measures. All units should implement the "zero report" work system for epidemic prevention and control.

2. Students who "don't have to drop out of school" must go through the formalities of terminating their leave if they really need to drop out of school. If a faculty member leaves the district or city where the school is located, he/she shall submit a written application to the unit, and report it to the personnel department of the school for the record after being approved by the main person in charge of the unit.

3. Closed campus management. All people entering the campus must take their temperature and check their health codes and travel codes. When off-campus personnel or vehicles enter the campus to perform official duties, the reception unit in the campus will implement it through the "application process for admission of outsiders" of the trading center of the comprehensive portal platform.

4. All offline party activities should strictly control the number of participants. In principle, no activities with more than 50 people outside the school will be held in the near future. If it is really necessary to hold it, the examination and approval procedures shall be performed in advance in accordance with the principle of "who holds it and who is responsible", and it can be held only after the school agrees. Strengthen health monitoring and epidemic prevention guidance for participants, reasonably determine the number of participants, and strictly implement protective measures such as wearing masks and sitting alone in venues.

All units should promptly convey the notification requirements to the teachers, students and employees of the unit, educate and guide the teachers and employees to tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control at all times, strictly abide by the requirements of local and school epidemic prevention and control work, and ensure the safety and stability of the campus.
