How to cancel ICBC Messenger extension

You can log in to the official website of the bank to cancel. The operation is as follows:

1. Search for "ICBC official website" and click to enter the official website

2. Click on ICBC "ICBC Messenger" in the online banking function, enter the page

3. After entering the detailed interface, select "Personal Online Banking Login SMS Reminder" and click "Customize" to jump to the page

4. After jumping into the detailed page, click "OK"

5. Uncheck "Contact Mobile Phone"

6. Click "OK"

Note:

ICBC Messenger charges a fee every 12 months for the extension period. The main service provided is to send account balance change information to users’ mobile phones, allowing users to understand their consumption information. It uses text messages to send you financial information, account information, important reminders and other information.

In addition, after the ICBC Messenger Service Agreement is revoked, all the originally customized services (except balance change reminders and statement services) will become invalid at the same time when the agreement is revoked.
