How can I unbind my mobile phone number from a JD merchant account?

The steps are as follows:

1. Search "JD.com" in the browser and click on the official website logo.

2. Log in to your JD.com account, as shown in the picture.

3. Click Customer Service and select "Online Customer Service", as shown in the picture.

4. A page for talking to JD.com’s customer service will pop up.

5. Give the customer service the mobile phone number you need to unbind, as shown in the picture.

6. To unbind a mobile phone number, you need the first completed order number in the account history (including the name, address and phone number of the order’s consignee) and the previously bound mobile phone number, as shown in the figure.

7. Keep the phone open. A phone call will come to you later, just wait.
