It provides traffic participants with public security traffic management business processing, reservations, publicity, information notification, and inquiries. Traffic participants can obtain services in the following ways: 1. Visit the platform website, the website domain name is "Local Alphabet Code.122.gov.cn; 2. Download and install the "Traffic Management 12123" mobile APP; 3. Dial the 12123 voice number (areas that have been activated). When dialing a remote number, you need to dial the area code; 4. Receive the 12123 SMS service information. The SMS number is "12123 2-digit province code and 2-digit city sequence code".

According to Article 3 of the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", local people's governments at or above the county level shall establish and improve the coordination mechanism for road traffic safety work and organize relevant departments to coordinate urban construction projects.
