Send the short message "CXMM" to 10086 for inquiry.

China Mobile's customer service password consists of 6 digits. After new users access the network, they will receive a short message with an initial password of 6 digits sent by 10086, and modify the initial password according to the message prompts. The changed password can only be used as the service password. The service password cannot be a birthday or a simple number combination like11111,123456.

Password-protected users can no longer change their passwords, but can only reset them.
