Which holiday unions can issue benefits?

Grass-roots trade unions can distribute holiday condolences to all members on holidays. Namely: New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, or national festivals approved by the people's governments at or above the autonomous region. In principle, holiday condolences are items that meet the traditional holiday habits and the daily necessities of employees in China, and grass-roots trade unions can adopt convenient and flexible distribution methods in light of actual conditions. According to the provisions of the Civil Service Law, the salary of civil servants includes basic salary, allowance, subsidy and bonus. The welfare system of civil servants refers to the system that the state and the unit where civil servants work take care of their work and life in addition to their wages in order to meet their common needs and special needs. It mainly includes various vacation systems, welfare systems, winter dormitory heating subsidies, transportation subsidies, etc. On the birthdays of trade union members, solatium can give out physical objects, such as birthday cakes, or cake coupons for designated cake shops. Trade union members can give a certain amount of solatium when they get married and have children. A certain amount of solatium can be given to a trade union member who is ill in hospital, or a trade union member or his immediate family member who dies. Trade union members can issue a certain number of souvenirs when they retire or leave their jobs.

Employee activity expenditure refers to the expenditure incurred by grass-roots trade unions to carry out employee education, sports, publicity and other activities and the collective welfare expenditure of employees organized by trade unions.
