Wechat payment does not support using the mobile phone number to retrieve the password. If you haven't applied for a bank card yet, I suggest you use your ID card to apply for a savings card in a bigger bank, then click Me, click your wallet, click on the top right corner, select Payment Management, choose Forgot the payment password, choose to add a bank card, fill in the bank card number, name, reserved mobile phone number and other related information as prompted, enter the SMS verification code, and reset the password.
